To begin with, I know your childhood was filled with fantasy, invisible friends, and different colors. I also know you were a sensitive, emotional, tender, and wonderful child, full of love that you gave with open arms—an artist in the making, someone I always knew would emerge at any moment. Who better to know than me, your mother.
I’m Carlos Sardà, I was born in Tarragona and trained as a wedding photographer at the Institut d’Estudis Fotogràfics de Catalunya. Since then, I’ve dedicated my energy and passion to photographing weddings.
My personal philosophy is to put the head, the eye, and the heart into the same moment when the climax of an action unfolds, always remaining unnoticed and letting things happen naturally. Turning the present into the past and ultimately telling love stories through my camera with my personal vision.
My Background
In 15 years as a photographer, I’ve been lucky enough to receive some recognition for my work. This keeps me motivated. I’ve been named three times among the top 10 photographers in Spain and have received a national photography award: Lux Oro in the wedding category.
